Getting an external advisor’s perspective on how you want your business to develop can also be useful in “sounding out” ideas and formatting them into a coherent plan of action.

Our typical strategy day consists of a full day away from your business to carry out a full review on where your business currently is, where you want to get it to and how you are going to get it there.

After the session you will leave with a full strategy and action plan tailored to your business.  

Our strategy meetings take place at various meeting venues throughout UK / Ireland.  Typically a hotel meeting room or business centre that will be convenient to you.

For fast and focused development, our Monthly Strategy sessions will give you the space to step away from your business every month, for 3 months (or more) to review and create monthly strategic plans.
